Bacon and Veggie Hot Dog on Rustica Sausage Buns

Ingredients

1 Rustica ® Sliced Sausage Buns (Ref 42466)

1/4 red pepper

1/4 green pepper

1/4 of onion

1 Hot Dog

2 slices of smoked bacon

A little grated emmental cheese

Cut the peppers and onion into small cubes and fry until golden.

Grill the hot dog, and the bacon slices until crispy.

Toast the bread, open it in half and place the hot dog, bacon slices and on top the pepper hash.

Spread the cheese across the hot dog and you’re ready to eat!
