2 slices of Cinnamon Twist Brioche Loaf

1 egg

1/4 cup milk or heavy cream

Butter for pan

1 Cup Strawberries

1 Cup Raspberries

Maple Syrup

Whipped Cream


Slice Cinnamon Twist Brioche  Loaf.

Whisk the milk and egg together in a mixing bowl.

Tender, buttery slices are dunked into creamy, cinnamon-speckled egg mixture.

Melt some butter in a pan and fry the slices of brioche until golden brown.

Serve warm, top it with strawberries, raspberries and whipped cream and drizzle with maple syrup.
