French Toast with White Chocolate and Red Berries


4 pieces of sliced Country bread (Ref 64950)

1 egg

100ml milk

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

White chocolate cream

4 raspberries

4 blueberries

Extra virgin olive oil


Beat egg in a bowl , then add milk and cinnamon and mix well.

Soak the toasts in the mixture , quickly so that the bread does not fall apart.

Fry them in batches un plenty of hot oil.

Place the white chocolate cream on top of the plates and toast.

Add more chocolate cream and top with red berries. Serve hot!
