Red cabbage in julienne strips

Bacon strips

Granny Smith apple in cubes

Crispy onion

Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)

Elaboration

Heat the barbecue if using. Bring a pan of water up to the boil, then add the Frankfurt sausages, cover and take off the heat. Allow to sit for 20 minutes.

Sauté the red cabbage with bacon and a pinch of salt and mix with the diced apple and crispy onion with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and turmeric powder (optional)

Pile everything together on the Cristal Sandwich Roll and you have a delicious and eye-catching sandwich!
