Pumpkin soup is quick and easy. You just need to blend together sautéed onion and garlic, broth, cooked pumpkin, and salt. We like to take it in a more traditional, comfortable route afterward by adding cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, coconut milk or heavy cream, honey, and a bit of thyme.
