Tzatziki Sauce

Toast your croissant first, then slice it open and add the feta. If you want the feta to get a little melty, close the croissant back up and the heat will make it happen.

If you need to make a tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt with dill, mint, olive oil, and lemon juice.
