Open the sliced Rustica Ciabatta Round Sandwich Bun and toast for a 1 minute for a nice golden crunchy texture.
Slice up some baby tomatoes and put them on the side.
Take some cod cheese and slice 4-6 extra thin pieces and put it on the side.
Once the Ciabatta is out of the oven, let it cool for 2 seconds and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce and add the cod cheese and tomato and some basil leaves on top.
Finish it off by drizzling pepper and olive oil to the taste.
