Slaw Brioche Hot Dog

Ingredients

Authentic Brioche Hot Dog Buns (Ref 21495)

½ head of Red Cabbage, core removed, thinly sliced

Sliced Onions

Sliced Carrots

Jalapenos

½ cup of Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of dry mustard

¼ teaspoon of black pepper

½ teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Elaboration

First make the cold slaw by combining the red cabbage, sliced onions, sliced carrots, jalapenos, mayonnaise, vinegar, black pepper and salt together in a bowl. Mix well until the dressing is evenly spread throughout.

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Assemble hot dogs on the grill. Cook Hot dogs on the cooler side of the grill so that they can heat through without burning on the outside. Cook one minute on each side or until cooked.

Once the Hot Dogs are cooked place the cold slaw on top for a tasty lunch or dinner!
