Ingredients

Straight Butter Multi-grain Croissant (Ref 22180)

Ricotta Cheese

Tomatoes

Black olives

Pesto sauce

Elaboration

Toast the croissant if desired then carefully cut in half.

Cut the tomato and black olives into thin slices. Spread the ricotta cheese along the base of the croissant.

Next, place the cut tomato’s and black olives across the croissant and top with pesto sauce for a tasty sandwich.
