Ingredients

Garlic knot (Ref 80013)

1 Artichoke heart

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Red wine vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Elaboration

Slice the garlic knot in half horizontally. Slice artichoke into quarters. Place artichoke quarters on the bottom half of the knot.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Cover with the top half of the garlic knot.
