Consider using a smoky BBQ sauce to recreate that classic wood-smoked flavor.

Pulled pork is ideally made slow and low- 8hrs at a low temperature. If you prefer, you can cook it at a higher temperature for 4-5 hours.

If you don’t like coleslaw, you just haven’t had a good one yet. Mix shredded cabbage with mayo, lemon juice, salt, and a pinch of sugar.  Season it as you like, and it’s the perfect pairing for pulled pork.
