Barbecue sauce varieties are plentiful, but using a Carolina barbeque sauce is perfect for coating every piece of pulled pork. It’s not too sweet, so it lets the pork shine rather than distracting from its flavor.
If you’re really on a time crunch, have a plan B ready. Take your cut of pork, slice it into 1/4″ pieces, and cook them on the pan/grill so they cook much faster. You should still be able to shred it after.
