A nice switch up at the cookout if you’re not feeling hamburgers. You’ll need either a deep fryer or more commonly a pan that you can fill with 1-2″ of cooking oil to make this sandwich.
If you do make the chicken yourself, it’s a little messy but totally worth it. Have a bowl of buttermilk and a bowl of flour ready- each seasoned as you desire. Take a chicken breast and coat it in dry, wet, dry; fry it up, let it drain, and eat up!
