Cristal Long Ciabatta

Butter Leaf Lettuce

Tomato

Grilled Eggplant

Fresh Basil

Grilled Zucchini

Fresh Mozzarella

Chopped Sundried Tomatoes

Elaboration

  • Lightly toast your bread
  • Place lettuce on the bottom piece of bread
  • Add thin sliced tomatoes, then grilled veggies
  • Top with fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves
  • Close with the top piece of bread and cut into individual servings
