Salsa Hot Dog on Brioche Hot Dog Bun

Ingredients

Brioche Hot Dog Buns (Ref 51495)

I cup of chopped tomatoes

1 leaf of lettuce

Radishes to garnish

Top with mustard or any of your favorite condiments

Elaboration

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Assemble hot dogs on the grill

Cook Hot dogs on the cooler side of the grill so that they can heat through without burning on the outside. Cook one minute on each side or until cooked.

Top hot dogs with salsa tomatoes and garnish with radishes, lettuce and mustard
