Preheat grill (or grill pan). Place veal(s) on the grill and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until 160 degrees F.
Sauté the cherry tomatoes in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and salt.
Chop and add the basil leaves and the asparagus.
Cook for 3 more minutes while stirring. Once veal is fully cooked, place the cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, asparagus, cheese and organic salad leaves on top for tasty meal!
