We are expanding our splendid family of molletes with a new healthy, protein-rich variety that fuses the best of our Mediterranean breads with the attributes of Northern European specialty breads. Its dough includes chickpea and lentil flour, rye and malt, as well as small pieces of peas and flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, which are reflected in its colorful, golden crust. It is also soft and tender on the palate, as quick to regenerate as it is to eat!
