Chicken Tikka Masala is one of India's most famous dishes. Our speciality is based on marinating the chicken thigh overnight in yoghurt sauce, garam masala and other spices, such as coriander, and then cooking it in its own juices. Thaw for 12 hours in a refrigerator. • Option 1: heat the bag in a bain-marie or in a steam oven until the product is at the desired temperature. • Option 2: sauté in a frying pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
