We prepare our famous croissant dough disc to the highest quality, with butter and long dough proofing times. We offer them in three different formats so you can make the most of this irresistible recipe that you can personalise to your taste. This roll hardly needs any decoration: once the disc is baked, we fill it with cocoa cream and hazelnut pieces so that it preserves all its flavour, creaminess and fluidity.
