We prepare our crystal bread using a sourdough starter, olive oil and flour, in a rectangular format and pre-cut, so that you can regenerate it easily, with a quick blast under the grill or in the oven. Being very adaptable, it enables you to prepare your customers’ favourite sandwiches or paninis, and to the highest quality.
