In addition to the sunflower, pumpkin, yellow flaxseed, sesame and peeled sesame seeds it used to contain, we now add teff, chia and millet. Made with spelt sourdough, this exquisite oval loaf is distinguished by its rounded tips and its two longitudinal cuts. It has an outstanding seeded crust and a fresh crumb.
