An Artisan Sourdough Demi Baguette with rounded ends and a thick body. Very lightly floured from the initial dusting with a white marbed cracking on the surface. Scored three times, giving a wide, lively grigne and a rugged artisan surface. Its thin, crunchy, crumbly medium-gold crust, combined with the veins of flour give it an attractive appearance. Very palatable, fresh, white crumb, with a mild flavour. It is quite firm, with air bubbles of different sizes. Cooked in a stone oven give the crust and base a different taste. This is a very light bread.
