The famous kanelbulle is such a popular sweet to accompany coffee in Sweden and Denmark that it even has its own holiday: every 4 October is celebrated as Cinnamon Roll Day. We prepare our cinnamon rolls using the same traditional recipe: we form them from a delicious buttery dough rolled up with cinnamon cream.
