This loaf is made using the meticulous Saint Honoré process, which gives each loaf its unique qualities. The recipe incorporates eight different types of seeds – pumpkin, sunflower, millet, sesame, brown flax, poppy, red quinoa and chia – that we macerate in sourdough to improve their taste, texture and digestibility.
