Round rustic-looking loaf. The natural grigne shows that the dough has not risen so much, which is the direct consequence of the low baking capacity of bran. Spelt and butter combine in a fine, creamy, unctuous crumb with excellent palatability. Thanks to the dense crumb and butter, this bread is highly aromatic and melts in the mouth.
