We make our Torsade with wheat flour, our exclusive sourdough and rye flour. We hand-work the dough of this rustic loaf to further accentuate its sinuous twists, which give it an attractive, wavy appearence, as if embracing its honeycombed, spongy crumb. Like all the breads in the Saint Honoré Family, it is characterised by a unique artisanal production process that pays homage to the bread of our ancestors.
