Cut three rolls perpendicularly to obtain a roll with three segments (see types of cut). Open it in two and brown the sides and the inside on a griddle with oil. Bake it for a few moments under the broiler until crispy and toast it for a few moments under the broiler of the oven.
Grill the sausage on a hot griddle. Cut the green pepper into strips and roast it on a griddle or in a frying pan with oil and a peeled clove of garlic for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Spread out the peppers inside the roll, add the tomato slices, the Cheddar cheese and the cooked beetroot cut into very thin strips. Add the salad sprouts and season with the Burning Love sauce, mustard mayonnaise and spicy ketchup.
Sprinkle with the crispy fried onion and serve quickly.
