Cristallino panburger with veal and goat cheese


Cristallino Panburger (Ref 89880)

1 beef hamburger, 150 g.

Goat cheese

Fresh basil leaves

Onion confit

Salt and pepper

Rocket leaves

Extra-virgin olive oil


In a frying pan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and when hot, cook the beef burger over medium-high heat for three minutes on each side.

While the hamburger is cooking, toast the crystalline panburger and brush it with a little butter.

Place the hamburger on the toasted bread, add some rocket leaves, two slices of goat’s cheese and a generous amount of onion confit.
