Hummus with Cristallino Ciabatta Crystal Kornspitz


Cristallino Ciabatta Cristal Kornspitz (Ref 60027)

600 gr cooked chickpeas

4 tbsp tahini

3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of one and a half lemons

Three cloves of garlic

Sweet paprika

Sesame seeds

Salt, pepper and ground cumin


To prepare the hummus, blend the cooked chickpeas with the olive oil, garlic and lemon juice until you obtain a thick mixture without lumps.

Then add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Next, add the tahini and beat again until all the ingredients are perfectly compacted.

Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

After the hummus has set, cut the crystalline ciabatta Cristal Kornspitz roll into strips and toast it lightly in the toaster for dipping.

Serve the hummus cold with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds and a sprinkling of paprika.
