Lamb burger with peppermint


4 Crystal Burgers (Ref 69831)

60g feta cheese

4 spring onions

A few leaves of oak leaf

1 red onion

1 tomato

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

For the Hamburger

450g boneless leg of lamb

1 red pepper

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 sprig of peppermint

1 sprig of parsley


Dice the pepper, onion, garlic, parsley and peppermint finely.

Sauté the onion over low heat in a pan with olive oil and add a diced pepper and the garlic. Set apart.

Shred the lamb meat coarsely and add the mix from the frying pan with plenty of diced peppermint and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Shape the burgers and fry them for 4 minutes on each side.

Cut the rolls in half and toast them.

Make a bed of oak lettuce, some slices of tomato and some slices of onion. Then place the hamburgers and top with a few flakes of feta cheese.
