Sweet Banana Gofríssimo Waffle


Waffle piping bag (Ref 66140)

4 Belgian Gofríssimo waffles

200g whipped cream

2 bananas from the Canary Islands

20g peeled walnuts

4 spoonfuls of dulce de leche

Fresh peppermint


Cut the bananas into slices. Dice the walnuts.

Mix the dulce de leche with 2 tablespoons of hot water to make it a little more liquid.

Spread the cream, banana slices and walnuts over the freshly made waffles. Serve with the dulce de leche and garnish with fresh peppermint.
