Wash the fruit with very cold water. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
Whip the cream with a little Quark cheese and sugar. Toast the almond strips (optional).
Pull apart a roll and make a cut at the top. Open it and fill the base with cream. Next, arrange the fruit alternating strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and filling the empty spaces with cream flowers.
Put the melted chocolate and liquid caramel on top.
Ready to serve.
