Veggie Salad Croissant Sandwich – VEGAN

Ingredients

Plant Based Croissant (Ref. 69477)

Egg-Substitute or Hard-Boiled Egg

Thin Apple Slices

Mixed Greens

Sriracha Mayo (Plant-Based)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Elaboration

Toast the croissant if desired and carefully cut it in half.

Slice and crumble your egg-substitute / eggs. Season as desired.

Thinly slice the apples.

Prepare the plant-based sriracha mayo then spread it on the base of the croissant.

Next, put the mixed greens on top of the sauce.

Put it all together and you have yourself a delicious sandwich! Serve with plantain chips or a refreshing cocktail, if you please.
