Originating from ancient Egypt, kamut means “bread” in Egyptian, which is why it’s the star ingredient of this gourmet roll: in addition to its ancestral character, it has important nutritional benefits. To make it look even more appetising, we sprinkle its rustic crust with red quinoa seeds, which add interesting nuances of colour and texture.
